I miss the first part of communication for leaders since I had to attend an interview. As I joined my group later in the day, we had an assignment. The assignment was to recognized some miscommunication and error conduct in a case study. The case study was very interesting. It was about an attempt by a society to host an event to raise funds for their new established society. The club faced difficulties when the event did not raised fund as much as they expected it will and the amount collected was way less than to cover the cost of the event. From the case study, it was easy to realize that it is important for a leader to always check upon the progress of each task given to each member. Malaysian style '
I trust you, so I tak yah selalu check up on youlah', should not be a habit in an organization.
After we analyzed the case study, we were to present our findings. Dhiya represented Pecah Mental and guessed what, we won RM 50 for being the best group! Yeay! Bioself also won RM 50. I think everyone basically came up with the same analysis of the case study, it was just how each group presented was different. Therefore, good job Dhiya! :) KFC here we come!
Grooming was fun, becuase Ms Leilanie invited one of her student to share and demonstrate some scarf/tudung fashion :)
You are your greatest asset. Put your time, effort and money into training, grooming, and encouraging your greatest asset!
